Faith & Mental Health Support Group

SUMMER nights: 1st & 3rd THURSDAYS of the month from 6:30-8PM

Host Venue: Severna Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church

This peer support group is for adults (both men and women), and centers all around the (often challenging) intersections of faith and mental health.  Wherever you are in your faith, whatever spirituality means to you, whether you're personally struggling with a mental health challenge or navigating how to support someone else, this group will offer a safe, no judgement zone to process things through the lens of faith, while also building wellness of mind, body and spirit.
