* Warning signs and differences between stress & anxiety (with a bit on depression too)
* Healthy stress vs maladaptive stress
* When to get help and steps to take
* Building a support system

-- Sal Schittino: licensed psychotherapist with Sal’s Therapy Corner & Community Mental Health Associates, public speaker, and LOJ Wellness Advisory Team member
-- Lauren Jenkins: licensed therapist, certified Mental Health Trainer, and LOJ Programs Advisor
