Join Life of Joy for our 3rd annual #LOJRiseUp Spring Gratitude Challenge!

Anxiety, stress, uncertainty, unmet expectations, fear, grief - all attempt to steal our joy! But gratitude can help build it! Scientifically proven to boost both mental and physical health, practicing gratitude can help settle anxieties and keep us all in a more positive place.
That said, we're keeping this Spring Campaign tradition going, trading a few minutes a day to build more peace, health, hope and joy! Come #BuildYourJoy with us as we cap our Spring #LOJRiseUp Campaign with this annual challenge!
Getting ready is simple.
1) To opt in, join one of our challenge groups to get daily prompts and to share the journey with other participants.
2) Choose your journaling method: a journal/notebook, an app, sticky notes, etc. You can even support our Fall Campaign and get one of our custom LOJ journals as the perfect daily reminder to #BuildYourJoy! https://lifeofjoyfoundation.org/loj-store
3) Then every day starting 6/15, jot down the joys, blessings, lessons, hopeful moments of the day! Commit to your own number, but go for at least 3 a day.
