New year, new connections. Parents -- we're inviting your teens & tweens to join us for our first ever virtual teen night! We’ll have icebreaker activities, games, and share a little about our heartbeat.

Why??

We know that so many teens have been struggling with their mental health and disconnection this past year, and we've really been feeling the nudge to put some supports in place. SO - to create a fun, safe space to connect, we're starting with this virtual meet and greet/game night with positive messaging and open dialogue about ringing in the new year. So please talk to your kids about this, and encourage them to come check it out.
