Parents -- we're inviting your teens & tweens to join us for our monthly virtual teen night! We’ll have icebreaker activities, games, and share a little about our heartbeat.

Why??

We know that so many teens have been struggling with their mental health and disconnection this past year, and we've really been feeling the nudge to put some supports in place. SO - to create a fun, safe space to connect, we're continuing with this virtual meet and greet/game night with positive messaging and healthy dialogue about life. Talk to your kids about it, and encourage them to come check it out.
